Excellent tire, last about 48,00 miles rubber is soft and gives you a quiet ride, can't go wrong with Goodyear, this will be my 7 set why change?
Performance overall is pretty good. They just DON'T last long. On 3rd set w/only 48,000. Bought car new and not driven hard.
Second set on the car, get around 50K on each set. Great cornering grip, wet or dry, and the tire is very quiet. I drive on a busy and fast freeway every day and these tires have never let me down. These have never been in snow, so cannot rate them for that. I noticed that all the police vehicles in my city run on Eagle RS-A. So if it's good enough for a cop car chasing the bad guys, it's good enough for this civilian.
Turning 90k KM, owned since new. Used all year round and holds up really well, great in rain and dry. Winter driving was also reasonably well for an all season. Will definitely be buying another set in the next few weeks.
I have a little over 47k miles on them (since new) and they still are holding up quite well--hopefully until 50k miles or so before replacing. I am planning on buying the RS-A if I do not trade or sell car in the near future. The car has never been raced (during my ownership, at least) or been in snow, hence, no stars for that.
I love these tires! Replaced old cracked Michelin and have been very satisfied. The tread is not as deep or wide. You truly get what you pay for.
Love the tires.
Had a lot of shaking in steering wheel with these tires.
Good quality.
I had to buy these tires 'cause 2 had blown out. They were the best tires for traction and grip in all weather. Will definitely buy these again.
Tires are ok on asphalt roads. They whine and scream on concrete interstates. Ride is harsh. Mine also lose air. Have had in at dealer and can't find any issues.
These tires came OEM on my car and I would never buy them given there are so many other, better choices available. The tires are only average on dry pavement and below average at best on wet pavement. I do maintain my vehicle and rotate my tires according to my owner's manual. The only good thing about the tires is that they have good tread life. Mine lasted 40k and still could have gone longer, but I didn't feel safe any longer when the roads were wet. In Florida, you need a tire that does well on wet roads. If you want a tire that lasts but is only used on dry pavement, then this is tire for you.
These were stock on the car when new, bought new wheels and different tires I was told were as good... NOT !! 100,000 miles going for my third set on new rims (last set still good, will use them in winter). Great in rain, wet, snow, soft ride, no weird sounds. GET THESE TIRES!!! You won't be sorry!
Terrible tires for snow/ice. Cornering with just a dusting of snow is dangerous. These are summer only tires.
I was very impressed with this tire, the shop recommended them and I trusted their knowledge, as usual. They told me these tires were very good, I purchased them and he slapped those bad boys right on!!! This shop has never let me down. Next to my wife and kids, this shop gets all of my money!!
You can get a set of these for around $400.00. That's not the least you can pay, but for as high quality this tire is, it's a good buy. This tire is safe in the snow and rain. Depending on your vehicle, you may have to slow down a bit to accommodate the poor road conditions, but with good common-sense driving and these tires, you won't be the one stuck on the side of the road or in the median.
I have these tires equipped on my 2013 Nissan Juke and they aren't as good as I expected. I don't recommend this tire for snow/ice.
Good tire, no complaints
No bad experience since purchase.
We bought these tires because of their all season rating. Although they are a good running tire, they wore out (down to wear marks) in just over a year and half (~15,000 miles). I do not recommend this tire.
Overall a decent tire, that is while the tread lasts, which isn't long. I am not hard on cars or drive fast, but I needed new tires at 28,000 miles because the tread was so worn down.
Bought a set from a dealer closing out down south and turned out to be a good investment. Car handled like a new car again since suspension is tuned for Goodyear Eagles. can run down the highway at 120-130MPH and it's just like sitting on your living room sofa. Yes, you sacrifice a little wear because the tire compound is softer, you have to give and take some with any tire. Best tire I have ever had on the bonny.
Had them as a 2nd set on my SST they were fine on the FRWY, not on the back roads. wear too fast if not on FRWY.
